We provide the Services to recruit your American staff on behalf of you, not only located in Phoenix but almost in major cities of the USA.
If you do not have any entity in the USA, you pay salary with expenses reimbursement from the overseas parent company to your local USA individual employees, who will be bear risk without paying individual income tax to the tax bureau.

Unless your local USA individual employees have set up their own company,  then you pay to the company, that will be no problem.
If your company still doesn’t want to set up a WFOE (Wholly Foreign Owned Entity) in the USA due to some reasons, but you will recruit employees temporarily or by project base, we suggest you adopt this USA  Employment Outsourcing Services.
It means Evershine will recruit your  USA local staff on behalf of your company.
And then we will take care of all kinds of relevant local services including payroll compliance and expenditure process.

Reimburse Expenses of local USA Employees:
Local USA Staff incurs some expenses.
It might be tax-nondeductible,  say it is A.
it might be categorized to be the temporary salary of some individual, say it is B.
Finally, A minus B equals C. C becomes final tax-nondeductible expenses.
When your USA local staff make an expenses payment request from Evershine, It will bear corporate income tax because the USA tax bureau will get rid of C( final tax-nondeductible expenses).
Therefore you need to pay us 1.35 C to reimburse Evershine.

Service processes-for USA Local Employees:
* Evershine will sign a” Service Subcontract Agreement” with your company.
* Evershine will sign an” Indemnification Agreement”  among Evershine, your company, and the local Employee.
*Evershine will sign a “Labor Contract “with your local staff based on the term of your Employment Contract.
*Evershine will take care of these local employees complied with USA regulations on Tax, Statuary social benefits and labor rights.
*Evershine will take care of payroll calculation and expenditure payment requests of these local staff. Then let you approve each payment and monthly payment sheet.
*Evershine will ask your company to pay us the fund before we pay salary and expenses to your local staff.
*Evershine will take care of the wiring process to your USA local staff.
*Evershine will take care of payroll compliance in the USA.
*When lay-off these local employees, Evershine will take care of it complied with USA regulations.
